Refresh your netball skills with our fun and friendly taster session! Dust off those trainers and step back on court with like-minded women who are on the same journey as you. We’ll revisit the rules and positions, play some fun games, and finish with mini fun match play!

Here’s the vibe: it’s all about reigniting your love for netball through fun, friendly and totally relaxed games + activities. Nothing scary, nothing too serious – just lots of laughs and getting moving again.
We’ll give you a little refresher on the rules, positions and all things netball (don’t worry – not much has changed since school days 😉).
And please don’t stress about:
❌ Fitness levels
❌ Remembering how to play
❌ Coming along by yourself
Honestly, most of the ladies will be in exactly the same boat – so there’s no need to feel nervous at all. You’ll be supported the whole way through.
