FLYT School - Super Skills Session!
Join us for a 60-minute netball skills session designed for players of all abilities! This session will focus on the key areas that help you play smarter, move more effectively, and improve your overall game.
What we'll work on:
Finding space: Learn how to get free and create opportunities for your team
Footwork: Improve movement and balance with your footwork.
Passing & Timing: Improve accuracy, timing and decision making.
