Our Gliders League is designed specifically for women aged 40+, offering a supportive and welcoming environment with an appropriately paced game. It’s ideal for those returning to netball after time away, providing the opportunity to rebuild confidence, rediscover skills and enjoy playing alongside others of a similar age and stage. The focus is on encouragement, connection and creating a positive, comfortable space where everyone can feel included and valued.
